Museum Street in Angono

Our Art road trip to Angono continues to Doña Aurora Street in Barangay Poblacion Itaas. It is home to the late National Artist Carlos “Botong” V. Francisco.. As a tribute, murals made of cement were installed on the walls that lined the street. These concrete murals were based on the actual paintings of the great artist.

We walked slowly to appreciate the art murals and doors of the street…

With family….

The 4 panels depicts the cultural tradition of the villagers.

We enjoyed strolling along this “museum” street, as it is called, as well as the many doors along Doña Aurora Street. I could not stop taking lots of photos of these amazing artworks.
